To accept your offer at UWA College, you must pay your first instalment as outlined in Section 3 of your Letter of Offer, as this payment is required to confirm your acceptance. The amount and due date of your first payment, which is 50% of your Foundation or Diploma tuition fees plus any other expenses, like your Accommodation Booking Fee, are outlined in Section 3 of your Letter of Offer.

After paying the first 50% of your tuition fees, your remaining tuition fees are payable as follows:

  • If your chosen course is 2 trimesters long, the remaining 50% of your tuition fees will be due 6 weeks before the start of the second trimester.
  • If your chosen course is 3 trimesters long, the remaining tuition fees will be divided into two payments, each making up 25% of your tuition fees. Each of these payments are due 6 weeks before the start of the second trimester and third trimester.

If your offer is packaged with a Language and Communication Essentials (LCE) course at the Centre for English Language Teaching (CELT) for 25 weeks or less, your tuition fee is payable upfront and in full. For a LCE course longer than 25 weeks, your tuition fee will be 50% upfront and the remaining will need to be paid mid-point.

The UWA undergraduate degree portion of your fees is payable once your pathway course is complete and entry requirements have been met.
