When you receive your Letter of Offer, the cover page will contain essential information on how to accept your offer. We've also included a useful checklist for you on the steps that need to be completed before you can accept your offer.

1. Read sections 1-4 of your Offer Letter
If you have any questions, please get in touch with your Education Counsellor or contact our Admissions team at auadmissions@intolgobal.com

2. Review your accommodation options
If you requested accommodation assistance in your application, your accommodation booking fee will be reflected under Section 3. This deposit needs to be paid in-line with Step 5 before our Accommodation team can contact you to discuss what happens next.

If you require accommodation assistance but haven’t informed us, contact our Accommodation team as soon as possible at uwac-accommodation@uwa.edu.au and they will be able to advise you what your options are.

3. Complete and sign your acceptance form
Your Acceptance Form is included under Section 4 of your Letter of Offer. Once this is signed, please email it through to auadmissions@intoglobal.com

4. Prepare to meet your conditions (only applicable if you have a conditional offer)
If you have any conditions on your offer, these will be outlined in Section 1 of your Letter of Offer. Under some conditions, you won't be able to accept your offer until your conditions have been met.

5. Make your first payment
Make your first payment as outlined in Section 3 of this document, including your accommodation booking fee if applicable, or send us your Financial Guarantee Letter (if sponsored).

If you have received a UWA College scholarship, the amount reflected in your Scholarship Letter will automatically be applied to INTOPay but may not yet be reflected in Section 3 of your offer.

If you're under 18 years of age, you will have additional steps to follow. As part of this, you will need to provide additional documents, including:

  • Completed and signed Under 18 Parent/Legal Guardian Consent Form
  • Confirmation of appropriate accommodation (homestay or approved residence)
  • ISA Guardian & Welfare Services agreement

If you choose to live with your parent or an approved relative in Perth, you must organise this directly with the Department of Home Affairs and must still provide the completed Under 18 Parent/Guardian Consent Form.

The UWA College Admissions team will only process and issue a Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) once you have completed the above steps and met any mandatory conditions on your offer. If you're a non-student visa holder, a CoE will not be issued but an email confirming your place at UWA College will be sent to you by the Admissions team.
